Tour & Taste | Killarney Urban Farm

As part of a bespoke food and sustainability experience, guests were welcomed to Killarney Urban Farm, Ireland’s first hospitality-led hydroponic farm for an immersive journey into hyperlocal produce and conscious dining.

Led by a sustainability guide, the tour explored the innovative growing systems behind the farm’s leafy greens, herbs, and edible flowers, all used across local restaurants and bars. After sampling a fresh juice shot and signature canapé on-site, guests continued to The Tan Yard for a private three-course dinner crafted entirely from the farm’s harvest and local artisan suppliers.

With the option to add wine or non-alcoholic pairings and personal introductions from the chefs. The experience offered a true taste of place, rooted in sustainability, flavour, and storytelling.
